Joan Sand (Lighting Design) is currently the Production Coordinator of the Bowdoin College Department of Theater and Dance in Brunswick, Maine. When she's not doing that she's directing shows (most recently Sophocles’ Oedipus at Bowdoin) or designing lights (The Magic Flute directed by Bob Lawson for Granite State Opera) or taking care of various dogs, cats, fish, birds, horses or any other animal that needs tending when the folks are away. She doesn't do windows, costumes or oil changes, but she's pretty much open to anything else that comes up. Joan's been at Andy's for a long time because it's one of the greatest places on earth and she's happy to be back.
