Julie Whitcomb began her career at Andy's as an audience member back in 1998. She then became an Andy's parent, then the tour coordinator, then a board member and finally she took the reins to become the Managing Director. Julie is a teacher, scientist, community leader and administrator. A trained neuro-biologist, she has been on staff at Hollis/Brookline High School from 1989 until 2004 and is going to teach Wellness at Milford High School in the fall. In addition to academic duties, she has been a central member of the high school community. At Andy's, she has spearheaded numerous fundraising and development events, including TEAM Andy's. She holds a Master's degree in Education from Rivier College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from SUNY Potsdam. She is a member of the Milford Rotary Club. Her favorite things to do are to laugh and to go whitewater rafting in Chile.
